背景:轻度帕金森氏症(MPS)与轻度认知障碍(MCI)类型相关,结果相互矛盾。 目的:使用logistic岭回归分析研究单个MPS与不同MCI类型的关联,并评估每种MCI类型,MPS与尾状萎缩,整体性脑萎缩以及以及白质高信号(WMH)和腔隙的地形位置。 方法:对1,168名年龄在45-97 (70,52 �} 9,41) 岁的不同类型MCI的受试者进行了横断面研究,他们接受了脑部MRI检查。 通过两个视觉评级量表对WMH进行了评估。 还评估了腔隙的数量和位置。 用双层比和侧脑室与大鼠脑的比值来评价尾状核萎缩和全脑萎缩。还评估了载脂蛋白E(APOE)基因型。 使用帕金森综合症评分量表的运动部分中的项目,评估了震颤,僵硬,运动迟缓以及步态/平衡/轴向功能障碍。 结果:运动迟缓和步态/平衡/轴向功能障碍是MPS最常遇到的,其次是僵硬和震颤。 MPS同时存在于健忘性和非健忘性MCI类型中,并与WMH,腔隙,双颚比和侧脑室与脑的比率相关。 结论:MPS存在于记忆删除和非记忆MCI类型中,尤其是在那些多个域中,并带有APOE ε4 等位基因。 皮质和皮质下的血管和萎缩过程有助于MPS。 需要长期的前瞻性研究来确定MPS对从MCI转化为痴呆的贡献。
