d-α-生育酚聚乙二醇琥珀酸酯 (Tocophersolan) 是一种独特的多向性聚合物,是维生素 E 的聚合合成形式。生育酚作为多种生物医学应用(包括药物输送系统和营养保健品)中的多功能赋形剂已引起了极大的关注。生育酚的多种固有特性使其在药物递送系统设计中发挥灵活的作用,包括具有出色生物相容性的赋形剂、具有促进药物溶解能力的增溶剂、药物渗透促进剂、P-糖蛋白抑制剂和抗癌化合物。由于这些原因,生育酚已被广泛用于提高许多药物活性成分的生物利用度。 Tocophersolan 已被严格的监管机构(如美国 FDA、EMA 和 PMDA)批准为安全的药用辅料。在这篇综述中,系统地梳理了由生育酚组成的纳米递送系统的当前进展,以及在药物递送、基因治疗和纳米治疗学方面的未来应用的可能性。
