摘要
背景:乳腺癌是女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤,其治疗极有可能丧失生育能力。卵母细胞玻璃化是最开始用于在开始肿瘤治疗之前保持生育能力的技术。芳香酶抑制剂诱导低雌激素血症,同时促进促性腺激素的释放,并构成乳腺癌患者卵巢刺激的替代药物。 目的:在本微型综述中,我们更新和描述了芳香化酶抑制剂在乳腺癌患者控制性卵巢刺激卵母细胞玻璃化中的应用现状。 结果:芳香化酶抑制剂通常与促性腺激素联用,用于通过卵母细胞玻璃化来保持生育能力的乳腺癌患者的卵巢刺激。就卵母细胞的数量而言,它们获得了与常规卵巢刺激方案相似的卵巢反应,并且在使用后没有其他并发症的报道。此外,芳香酶抑制剂似乎不仅对后代是安全的,因为在使用它们后怀孕的新生儿中不会再出现先天性缺陷,而且对于患者而言,因为在队列研究中也没有发现更多的恶性复发或死亡率增加。 结论:芳香化酶抑制剂是乳腺癌患者卵巢刺激的选择性药物,他们决定通过卵母细胞玻璃化来保持其生育能力。
