摘要
成胶质细胞多形性细胞瘤是在中枢神经系统中最具有侵略性肿瘤之一。目前的治疗包括外科手术、放射和化疗。这些方法很少起到治愈的作用并且神经胶质瘤具有不良预后。纳米药物在许多研究中表明在一些疾病中的诊断和治疗中具有较大的优势,使其成为药物中最新颖的一个分支。本文将通过纳米粒子和细胞外囊泡作用于成胶质细胞瘤得到的结果进行综述,该研究凸现出来的越来越大的意义在于它强调了治疗成胶质细胞瘤的有效性和特异性,减少了传统治疗方法相关的副反应。

摘要: Glioblastoma multiforme represents one of the most aggressive tumor of central nervous system. Current therapy includes surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. These treatments are rarely curative and glioma are associated with a poor prognosis. Nanomedicine represents the most innovative branch of medicine since many studies demonstrated great advantage in the diagnosis and therapy of several diseases. In this review we will summarize the results obtained by the use of nanoparticles and extracellular vesicles in glioblastoma. A great interest is raising from these studies that underlined the efficacy and specificity of this treatment for glioma, reducing side-effects associated with conventional therapies.
