由严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)引起的2019年新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19)可能会出现神经系统症状并诱发神经系统并发症。COVID-19患者中枢和周围神经系统的受累与病毒的直接入侵和细胞因子风暴的诱导有关。本综述讨论了病毒侵入神经系统的途径,并描述了SARS-CoV-2诱导的细胞因子风暴。此外,还讨论了SARS-CoV-2感染后免疫反应和细胞因子风暴诱导的机制。虽然一些神经系统症状较轻,在感染后恢复后消失,但一些严重的神经系统并发症会导致COVID-19患者的死亡。因此,在神经系统并发症的背景下,深入了解SARS-CoV-2诱导的细胞因子风暴的原因将制定该疾病的新管理方法,并进一步确定COVID-19的新治疗靶点。
