摘要

多形性恶性胶质瘤(GBM)的特点是预后差,尽管有积极的治疗策略。近年来,恶性胶质瘤的生物学研究取得了很大进展。本文就影响GBM患者临床预后和治疗的主要临床和生物学因素作一综述。从这个角度来看,希望在不久的将来,个性化的治疗将会出现。
