Abstract
Polysaccharide is a kind of biological material, which has good biocompatibility, non-toxicity, and nonimmunogenicity. So, the polysaccharide has been widely applied in drug delivery system. The chemical modifications of chitosan and hyaluronic acid as drug carriers were summarized herein.
