胸腺素β-4 (Tβ4)是一种主要的多效性肌动蛋白隔离蛋白,参与肿瘤的发生。Tβ4是一种水溶性蛋白,在心肌梗死、脑卒中后组织重塑和溃疡修复、周围神经系统(PNS)和中枢神经系统(CNS)的可塑性和神经血管重塑等方面具有不同的临床应用前景。另一方面,Tβ4在包括心肌组织在内的其他组织中也有类似的作用。在最近的报道中,Tβ4被认为是心肌细胞存活的促进因子,因为它激活了常驻心外膜祖细胞,并调节炎症引起的损伤。此外,Tβ4可能在骨骼肌和不同器官中发挥作用,并与许多其他组织修复刺激因子,包括褪黑素和c纤维衍生肽协同作用。基于这些原因,本文强调了Tβ4在心脏愈合中的重要作用。
