大肠癌(CRC)是全球最常见的癌症之一,与高发病率和高死亡率相关。接受常规治疗的大部分早期CRC患者出现局部复发或远处转移,在这一组晚期疾病中,存活率很低。此外,与化学疗法相关的反应和/或毒性通常较差,而化学耐药性可能会限制仅继续进行常规治疗。基于肿瘤的临床病理和分子特征选择新颖且靶向的治疗方法与常规治疗方法相结合可用于根除残余的微转移,从而改善患者的预后并可以预防性使用。基于肽的疫苗接种疗法是一类癌症疗法,可通过识别肿瘤细胞中特定的抗原衍生肽来诱导肿瘤特异性免疫反应,这已成为一种有前途的抗癌治疗策略。这篇综述的目的是总结在CRC患者基于肽的疫苗接种疗法的激动人心的领域中的最新研究的主要发现,这是治疗CRC的一种新颖的治疗方法。
