纳米载体系统提高奥沙利铂的治疗效果

摘要

据报道,奥沙利铂(OxPt)在不同恶性肿瘤中的应用伴有多种副作用,包括神经病变、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、口腔溃疡、低血计数、食欲不振等。通过对不同肿瘤的被动或主动靶向,可以改善OxPt的传递。虑到对新型系统的需求,以提高OxPt的疗效并阐明其缺点,我们对有关OxPt递送的不同方法进行了概述。有大量的数据表明,脂质体和基于聚合物的药物递送系统是OxPt药物递送程序中最成功的系统。已经开展了一些临床试验来研究奥沙利铂脂质体的副作用和剂量限制毒性,如MBP-426(注射用奥沙利铂脂质体悬液)治疗晚期或转移性实体瘤的安全性研究评估。此外,一些研究表明,该产品的生物相容性和生物降解性,以及其可用于虚拟衍生的癌症治疗的专门智能纳米系统的选择。涉及到新的颗粒和多方面的纳米载体的聚集,组成一个具有无机和有机纳米颗粒的纳米复合材料的奥沙利铂递送方法可以使奥沙利铂的传递效果更好,副作用更弱。
