心血管疾病(CVD)是世界上主要的死亡原因。近年来,已经开展了大量涉及转录组学方法的遗传学研究,旨在详细了解该疾病和开发新的治疗策略。对血小板的研究越来越多,因为血小板与CVD有关,因为它们能够释放影响各种途径的调节分子。血小板向血浆分泌超过500种不同的分子,包括大量的非编码(nc)RNA(miRNA、lncRNA或circRNA)。这些ncRNA对应于98%的未被翻译成蛋白质的转录本,因为它们在生理和疾病中是重要的调节因子。因此,miRNAs可以通过碱基配对相互作用将蛋白质复合物引导到mRNA,从而导致翻译阻断或/和转录降解。这些lncRNA通过与转录因子结合,通过不同的机制发挥作用。最后,环状RNA作为miRNA的调节因子,干扰其作用。血小板分泌的ncRNA的曲目和/或数量的改变可以触发CVD和其他疾病。ncRNA可以作为疾病的有效生物标志物,或由于其参与疾病而作为治疗靶点。在这篇综述中,我们将重点讨论由血小板分泌的最重要的ncRNA(9miRNA,9lncRNA和5circRNA),它们与CVD的关系,以及这些ncRNA对CVD风险的贡献,以更好地理解人血小板ncRNA与CVD之间的关系。
