癌症是世界范围内一个重要的健康问题。癌症治疗是多方面的,耐药性仍然是治疗该病患者的主要限制因素。尽管已经广泛研究了抗癌药物耐药性的机制,但参与该过程的非编码RNA(ncRNA)的大量生物信号通路尚未完全了解。长链非编码 RNA (lncRNA) 是一种最小长度为 200 个核苷酸的转录本,其编码蛋白质的潜力有限。已经评估了这些 RNA 分子与几种病理过程相关的作用,包括肿瘤形成和进展。最近越来越多的证据表明,非编码 RNA (ncRNA),尤其是长链非编码 RNA,在许多细胞和基因组过程中发挥着重要作用,并且由于它们在调节特定基因方面的潜力,它们也与耐药性有关。在这篇综述中,我们回顾了有关 lncRNA 特征的文献,它们在与化疗耐药相关的基因表达中的调节作用,以及这些 RNA 作为靶向治疗癌症个体化治疗的潜力。
