摘要
背景:已确定环状 RNA(circRNA)与多种人类疾病有关,如癌症、心血管疾病和自身免疫性疾病。近年来,在肾脏病学中,circRNAs在肾脏疾病发生发展中的作用逐渐被认识。 目的:我们更新并描述了肾脏病学中 circRNAs 在肾脏疾病中的现状。我们特别关注 circRNA 在系统性红斑狼疮和狼疮肾炎中的作用和机制。 方法:我们使用关键词 circRNA、肾脏疾病或肾脏疾病或系统性红斑狼疮,总结了最近发表在 PubMed、Web of Science、Scopus、Scielo 数据库上的报告。 结果: circRNA 在某些肾脏疾病中的研究,例如急性肾损伤、局灶节段性肾小球硬化、特发性膜性肾病、IgA 肾病、糖尿病肾病、高血压肾损伤和特定的狼疮肾炎,阐明了 circRNA 的功能和发病机制。迄今为止,circRNA在上述人类肾脏疾病中的作用机制主要集中在海绵化microRNA和调节靶基因表达的作用。此外,已在血液、尿液和肾脏组织样本中检测到 circRNA。这些结果表明,circRNA可以作为诊断和监测肾脏疾病进展的生物标志物。 结论:CircRNAs在肾脏病学中以狼疮性肾炎为主的肾脏疾病的发病机制、诊断和治疗中发挥着重要作用。
