摘要

糖尿病极大地影响了患者的生活质量,并在世界范围内盛行。 胰岛素是治疗糖尿病患者的最常用药物,通常通过皮下途径给药。 但是,由于作用部位的胰岛素浓度低,这种给药途径无效。 这种给药途径使患者感到不适,并且由于针引起的皮肤屏障干扰而增加了感染的风险。 已经提出了口服胰岛素的用途以克服皮下给药的缺点。 在这篇综述中,我们概述了通过口服途径从胰岛素结合到纳米粒封装的胰岛素递送策略。 这些策略仍在开发中,以达到预期在不久的将来实现的功效。
