Abstract
Digestive complications of bariatric surgery are quite rare, especially those which are sever in nature, with a lower rate aftersleeve gastrectomy compared to Rouxen-Y gastric bypass. This chapter discusses the bleeding, anastomotic leaks, stenosis and ulceration, gastroesophageal reflux, bowel transit dysfunction, gallstones and complications related to adjustable gastric banding and other after bariatric surgeries.
