Abstract
This review reports the chemistry of 2,3-disubstituted N-H aziridines to Five and sixmemberd N-heterocycles. Emphasis will be put on the aspects of stereo- and regioselectivity of appropriate reactions such as 1,3-dipolar, ring expansion reactions as well as C-C or C-N bond cleavage of aziridine ring.
Keywords: Ketoaziridine, rearrangement, ring expansion, stereo- and regioselectivity.
