摘要
纳米技术已经成为涉及原子和分子的纳米级操作的主要研究领域之一。在过去十年中,纳米技术的发展一直是生物医学领域最重要的发展之一。像量子点这样的新一代纳米材料正变得越来越重要。此外,人们越来越关注纳米治疗平台在医学诊断,生物医学成像,药物输送等方面的发展。量子点也称为纳米级半导体晶体,具有独特的电子和光学特性。最近,硅量子点由于其毒性低,惰性和易于表面改性而被广泛研究。硅量子点(2-10nm)相对稳定,具有硅纳米晶体的光学性质。本综述主要关注硅量子点及其各种生物医学应用,如给药再生医学和组织工程。此外,还讨论了对各种生物医学应用的修改以及未来方面所涉及的过程。
