摘要
使用人造植入物,特别是合成聚合物制成的移植物,治疗心血管疾病已取得巨大成功。但是,血栓形成和再狭窄是当前需要解决的临床问题。已经开发出了新的生物材料,它们可以修饰人造血管移植物的表面,从而改善长期通畅性,从而具有更好的血液相容性。血管生物材料可以由用于血管组织工程的合成或天然聚合物制成。干细胞可以通过不同的技术在体外接种到组织工程化的血管移植物中,然后在体内植入以修复血管组织。为了克服血栓形成并促进内皮化作用,采用纳米形貌的血管生物材料对制成的天然组织更具生物模仿性,并且已经通过各种方法进行了工程改造,例如在血管生物材料上制备为简单的表面涂层。寻找新的方法以更好地使血管生物材料内皮化已成为一个重要而有趣的领域。在本文中,我们将重点研究具有改善内皮化潜力的技术,并对血管生物材料的应用进行总结。这篇综述文章将使具有高度原创性的生物材料的开发,对用于血管生物材料应用的表面制造新技术的创新研究成为可能。
