摘要
动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性动脉壁疾病,在动脉内形成动脉粥样硬化斑块。斑块形成和内皮功能障碍是动脉粥样硬化的特征。认为动脉粥样硬化的发生发展主要包括内皮细胞损伤、脂蛋白沉积、炎症和纤维帽形成,但其分子机制尚未阐明。因此,保护血管内皮免受损伤是预防动脉粥样硬化的关键因素之一。血管内皮损伤的相关因素和过程是复杂的。发现血管内皮损伤致动脉粥样硬化的关键因素和机制是逆转和预防动脉粥样硬化的重要靶点。EndMT的早期特征是细胞粘附的改变,细胞粘附与血管内皮损伤和动脉粥样硬化有关。最近的研究表明,内皮-间充质转化(EndMT)可以促进动脉粥样硬化的进展,抑制EndMT有望成为抗动脉粥样硬化的研究对象。我们推测,抑制EndMT是否可以通过改善细胞粘附变化和血管内皮损伤而成为逆转动脉粥样硬化的有效靶点。研究表明,H2S具有很强的心血管保护作用。由于H2S具有抗炎、抗氧化、抑制泡沫细胞形成、调节离子通道、增强细胞粘附和内皮功能等作用,目前对H2S在心血管方面的研究越来越多,但其抗动脉粥样硬化的分子机制及在EndMT中的作用尚不明确。为了探讨H2S对动脉粥样硬化的作用机制,寻找逆转动脉粥样硬化的有效靶点,我们综述了EndMT促进动脉粥样硬化的研究进展,并就硫化氢可能的抗EndMT作用进行了综述。
