摘要
骨免疫学是一门研究人体免疫系统与骨骼系统相互作用的新学科。免疫系统和骨骼彼此沟通。促炎细胞因子,如肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素- 6 (IL- 6)在免疫反应和骨骼代谢中发挥着重要作用。TNF-α和IL- 6增强巨噬细胞活化和抗原递呈,并通过不同的机制调节免疫。各种组织报道称:TNF-α抑制成骨细胞在某个阶段分化的活性和刺激破骨细胞的增殖和分化。相反,IL-6通过复杂的机制介导成骨细胞和破骨细胞的作用,体现出双重作用。TNF-α和IL- 6都可以调节骨细胞的活性。此外,TNF-α和IL - 6都是重要的致病因子—与免疫介导的骨疾病有关,包括类风湿性关节炎和绝经后骨质疏松症。本文将讨论有关TNF-α和IL – 6在骨免疫学中矛盾的结果以及它们的临床应用潜力。
