Abstract
Laparoscopy for the treatment of endometrial cancer has been shown to be technically feasible and safe with a reduction in perioperative complications and length of hospital stay (cost-efficiency). We should consider laparoscopy as the surgical technique of choice reserving laparotomy when there is a formal contraindication to the laparoscopic-vaginal approaches.
