Abstract

A particular region's rapid industrial development necessitates the construction of numerous facilities. These include, in particular, production, warehouse, and commercial buildings along with office and social structures and the necessary supporting infrastructure. New industrial facilities must be built in expansive areas that are suitable for this kind of development. It goes without saying that the majority of locations with favourable ground conditions and location have already been developed, necessitating the implementation of this type of investment in less desirable locations. Due to the specific implementation challenges caused by this, it is necessary to properly improve and prepare the subsoil in order to construct the buildings and other objects that make up the entire investment safely.
