水凝胶被称为聚合物网络,它能够吸收水和其他体液。正因为如此,水凝胶被用来保存药物、蛋白质、营养物质或细胞。水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性,以及诸如软组织和充满水的网络等特性,使氧气、营养物质和代谢物得以通过。因此,水凝胶作为组织工程的支架被广泛应用。具体来说,由天然聚合物制成的水凝胶是组织再生的有效结构,因为它们模拟了自然环境,改善了细胞行为的表达。从胶原蛋白、透明质酸(HA)、纤维蛋白、藻酸盐和壳聚糖中制备天然聚合物水凝胶是组织工程的重要策略,因为它有助于识别支架与组织或细胞之间的相互作用、细胞反应和组织再生的潜力。本文综述了由具有生物相容性的天然聚合物制成的可注射水凝胶支架,可用于设计可注射水凝胶的方法及其在组织再生中的最新应用。
