摘要

由病原微生物引起的传染病是发展中国家许多健康问题的原因。传染病在全球十大死亡原因中排名第一。该严重性水平背后的原因是抗菌素耐药性。当用于治疗传染性疾病时,抗微生物剂的抗性使抗微生物剂无用。微生物已非常聪明地实现了对合成和半合成抗菌剂的抵抗力。因此,这些疾病的处理变得具有挑战性。抵抗发展的力量是它们存在一百万年的原因。由于其高度危险的性质,对传染病的适当治疗已成为人们关注的话题。这导致科学家或研究人员将研究重点放在天然药物上。植物合成次生代谢产物以应对环境中的生物和非生物变化。生物碱是植物合成的次级代谢产物之一。生物碱可以保护植物免受天敌的侵害,并帮助它们与病原体抗争。生物碱的保护性质可以用作抵抗耐药微生物的有力武器。这篇综述的目的是提供有关从不同植物中获得的生物碱及其与合成抗微生物剂结合的抗微生物活性的信息。综述中也给出了它们对微生物的作用机理。
