摘要

药用植物由于含有各种成分不同的复杂化学物质,这些化学物质作为植物的一个或多个部位的次级代谢物而具有疗效。多种次生代谢产物在阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病等多种疾病的预防和治疗中发挥重要作用。天然存在的化合物,如黄酮类化合物、多酚类化合物、生物碱和苷类化合物,存在于植物和/或海洋资源的不同部位,可能潜在地保护神经退化,改善记忆和认知功能。许多天然化合物通过靶向β-淀粉样蛋白、β-分泌酶1和乙酰胆碱酯酶等药理机制表现出抗阿尔茨海默病活性。在这篇综述中,我们编制了130多种化合物类的天然产物,它们从不同来源分离出来,显示出抗阿尔茨海默病的特性。
