摘要
背景:肥胖现在被认为是一个世界性的健康问题,已经达到流行病的程度,影响着发达国家和发展中国家。世界肥胖联盟指出,肥胖是一个慢性复发的疾病过程:因此,肥胖已被国际公认为是一种慢性疾病。代谢综合征和心血管风险增加的主要原因已被确定为“病态脂肪”,这种情况后来被定义为脂肪病。心脏病、中风和肾功能衰竭是一类具有血脂异常、高血压和糖尿病等中等危险因素的疾病,而这些疾病又是由肥胖引起的,肥胖的主要危险因素是饮食。本综述的目的是考虑身体组成的重要性,以及慢性炎症和新的肠道菌群数据,这些可能成为治疗人类肥胖的一些目标的关键因素。 方法:在这篇综述中,我们使用PubMed数据库进行了研究,回顾了文献中的证据信息,在代谢疾病的发展中肥胖和身体成分之间的联系通过炎症标志物,特别是通过肠道微生物群,发挥新的作用。 结果:我们评估了几篇研究脂肪堆积和疾病风险差异的文献。我们还发现了一些关于身体组成和代谢综合症差异的论文。我们还关注肠道菌群组成在减轻体重和抗炎作用方面的新前沿。 结论:为了控制体重,预防心脏代谢疾病,同时考虑到肥胖的关系,有必要减少炎症状态,作用于肠道菌群和肠道通透性。为了改善肠道菌群的健康,我们提出了一个4P的药物治疗方案,包括益生菌,前益生菌,后益生菌和多酚。
