微小RNA作为肝细胞癌的潜在诊断和预后生物标志物

摘要

肝细胞癌(HCC)是一种常见的癌症,也是全球癌症相关死亡的第二大常见原因。造成这种高死亡率的主要原因之一是未能及早做出诊断。未治疗的HCC患者的平均存活率估计约为3个月。根治性切除术后5年总生存率约为15-40%,两年内超过三分之二的患者复发。迄今为止,用于诊断HCC的最常见的生物标志物是血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)。然而,缺乏敏感和特异性肿瘤生物标志物用于早期诊断HCC。微小RNA是一类短内源RNA,在许多生物活性和细胞通路中起着至关重要的作用,可以在各种组织和体液中发现。本综述的目的是总结最近研究mi2s作为这类肝癌患者早期诊断和预后危险分层的新型生物标志物的研究结果。
