摘要
本文综述了近年来有关人用药物活性化合物(PhACs)在水环境中的来源、发生及去向的研究进展。由于PhACs及其代谢物通常以混合物的形式存在于浓度极低的环境中,因此特别强调了PhACs混合物及其对人类和环境健康的短期和长期影响。此外,还概述了主要常规技术以及废水净化技术的最新趋势。指出了现有工艺的优缺点。目前与这一感兴趣领域有关的知识似乎仍然存在许多空白,此外,应在全球范围内开展进一步的研究,以确保更有效地监测PhACs的存在,并将其代谢产物转化为水生环境,开发新的缓解措施。
