摘要

肿瘤中耐药性的发展常常阻碍成功的癌症治疗的功效。术语“耐药性”用于说明药物在治疗疾病或减轻患者症状方面的有效性下降。这种现象有助于肿瘤幸免于特定药物或一组药物造成的损害。在这种情况下,研究耐药性机制并将此信息应用于设计个性化的治疗方案可以改善治疗效果和疗效。多年来,人们已经认识到了多种抗药性(MDR)机制,并且已经为开发解决方案付出了巨大的努力。阐明分子和生化途径以及特定的肿瘤相关因素所产生的数据的整合显示,肿瘤学界有望改善患者的预后。在这篇综述中,我们概述了这些分子和生物化学信号传导过程以及与MDR相关的肿瘤相关因子的实用性,以合理选择癌症治疗策略。
