代谢综合征(MetS)患者的心房颤动(AF)风险增加是由于整体综合症还是仅仅是其各个组成部分的风险总和仍然模糊不清。 这两个临床实体共享许多病理生理学联系,因此难以区分偶然观察和显着关联。 在MetS背景下与AF发病相关的生物标志物具有改进未来风险预测的能力。 在本综述中,我们确定了可被视为预测事件性AF的潜在生物标志物的循环物质,或用于预测MetS患者AF的心血管事件。 心肌细胞损伤和应激标记物(肌钙蛋白和利钠肽),肾功能标志物(glomeral过滤率,胱抑素-C)和炎症标志物/介质(白细胞介素-6,CRP)是AF和MetS患者的有希望的生物标志物。
