[18F]Fluorosilicon- and [18F]Fluoroboron-based Biomolecules for PET Imaging

Abstract

In this review, methods for introducing fluorine into silicon- and boron-based compounds are discussed. The application and utility of these methods for the preparation of 18F-labeled organofluorsilanes and fluoroboron- based compounds are also highlighted.
