摘要
虽然目前有几个因素可以测量患乳腺癌的风险或预测其进展,但这种恶性肿瘤的潜在原因仍然未知。一些分子研究已经描述了一些涉及乳腺癌进展的机制。这些都有助于识别具有治疗潜力的新靶点。然而,尽管乳腺癌研究取得了进展,但仍有很大比例的乳腺癌患者死于恶性细胞扩散到其他组织或器官,如骨骼和肺。因此,确定促进恶性细胞迁移的过程仍然是肿瘤学研究的最大挑战之一。一些研究小组已经报道了肿瘤细胞去分化如何导致干细胞特性的获得,如侵袭、转移、逃避免疫反应的能力,以及对几种细胞毒性药物的耐药性。这些表型变化与上皮-间充质转化(EMT)期间肿瘤细胞中基因表达的复杂重编程有关。考虑到转录调控在ETM过程中乳腺癌特异性特征和属性的表达中起着决定性作用,在本研究中,我们回顾和分析了支持间充质表型的几种转录机制。同样,我们从治疗的角度建立了转录因子在乳腺癌进展中的重要性。
