背景:MicroRNAs （miRNAs）是大约22个核苷酸的小的非编码RNA，在转录后控制基因表达。寄生虫通常表达一个独特的基因库，包括miRNAs，在不同的发育阶段具有微妙的调节机制。 目的:有必要研究miRNAs在寄生虫发育、宿主-寄生虫相互作用、免疫逃避及其对宿主感染的调控作用中的作用。目前的系统综述（SR）对蠕虫寄生虫中存在的MiRNAs进行了综述。 方法:检索PubMed、Scopus、ProQuest、Embase和谷歌Scholar等电子数据库，检索1993年2月至2019年12月发表的寄生虫miRNA研究。只有发表的英文文章被纳入研究。 结果:共初步记录1769篇文献。按照严格的纳入和排除标准，本次研究共纳入105项研究，其中大部分研究集中在蠕虫寄生虫中鉴定miRNA和/或在特定相关组织中探测宿主差异表达的miRNA谱，12项研究旨在检测宿主循环系统中寄生虫来源的miRNA, 15项研究描述寄生虫分泌的细胞外囊泡（EV）来源的miRNA。 结论:在目前的研究中，关于寄生虫中表达的所有miRNAs的信息已经全面提供，并讨论了寄生虫衍生的miRNAs在诊断和控制寄生虫感染方面的应用。此外，还对蠕虫来源的miRNAs进行了功能研究。
