摘要
冠状病毒对全球公共卫生造成严重威胁,受到世界各国的持续关注。这组病毒之所以被命名,是因为它们在蛋白质外壳上表现出特有的冠状刺突。SARS-CoV-2是2019年出现的一种冠状病毒,会导致人类下呼吸道严重感染,对免疫功能低下的人往往是致命的。迄今为止,尚未有批准直接治疗SARS-CoV-2感染的药物,目前可用的治疗方案适用于缓解症状。天然存在的药用植物具有丰富的活性成分,可用于开发具有抗病毒特性的药效药和非药效药/合成药物。从某些植物中提取的化合物已被用于直接和选择性地抑制不同的冠状病毒,包括SARS-CoV、MERS-CoV和SARS-CoV-2。本文综述了高致病性人类冠状病毒潜在的天然抑制剂,系统阐述了这些天然化合物在冠状病毒生命周期不同阶段的可能作用机制。此外,通过全面探索这方面的现有文献,这些化合物在研究和开发有效和安全的抗病毒药物的重要性进行了讨论。我们重点研究了几种天然化合物的作用机制及其作用靶点。此外,这些活性成分在人体健康的背景下的免疫调节作用被阐明。最后,提出利用传统药用植物是一种新的、可行的治疗人类冠状病毒的策略。
