今天,血小板和血小板衍生的纳米颗粒和微粒已在纳米医学技术中得到许多应用。我们的综述研究结果表明,迄今为止,尚未在该领域发表文章来综述这些血小板衍生物的应用现状。因此,在本研究中,我们的目标是比较血小板衍生物的应用,并回顾它们在 2010 年至 2020 年之间的最新状态,以向研究人员展示最新发现。关于血小板衍生物作用的一个非常有趣的点是它们表面上存在分子,这使得它们能够躲避免疫系统,到达不同的靶细胞,并特异性地附着在不同的细胞类型上。根据这项研究的结果,它们的大部分应用包括药物输送、各种疾病的诊断和组织工程。然而,由于异质性、大尺寸以及干扰源自其他细胞的微粒中的细胞途径的可能性,它们在药物递送中的应用受到限制。另一方面,血小板纳米颗粒的可控性更强,已广泛用于药物递送,用于治疗癌症、动脉粥样硬化、血栓形成、感染性疾病、损伤组织修复和光热疗法等。本研究结果表明,血小板纳米颗粒比血小板微粒更可控,具有更高的医学应用潜力。
