摘要
代谢重编程被认为是癌症发生、发展和转移的一个重要事件。癌细胞的代谢特征包括糖酵解、线粒体呼吸、脂肪酸/脂质和氨基酸代谢的改变。作为各种代谢途径的交汇点,线粒体通过调节生物能量学、代谢和细胞死亡,在促进癌症生长中发挥关键作用。越来越多的证据表明,包括脂肪酸合成和脂肪酸氧化的脂质代谢的改变是转移进展的一个共同特征。然而,在癌变过程中脂质代谢和线粒体之间的相互作用仍不清楚。目前的综述集中在与线粒体调控相关的关键脂质代谢途径,驱动癌症表型和转移。我们还回顾了脂质代谢和线粒体的潜在靶点,以改善癌症患者的治疗方案。这篇综述旨在提高我们目前对脂质与线粒体复杂关系的理解,并为新的治疗方法提供见解。
