摘要
ELAV样蛋白1或HuR(人抗原R)是一种RNA结合蛋白,在人类中由ELAVL1基因编码,其最佳功能之一是稳定mRNA以调节基因表达。HuR蛋白过表达无疑与肿瘤生长,进展和转移的风险增加有关,使其成为癌症的潜在治疗靶点候选者。干扰HuR表达的新型药物已经在体外和体内进行了测试,并取得了有希望的结果。本文的目的是回顾现有文献中关于可以积极作用和抑制HuR表达的潜在因子。HuR分子控制各种原癌基因,细胞因子和生长因子的表达,是肿瘤进展,侵袭和转移的主要参与者,并构成癌症治疗的新兴靶标。对PubMed数据库进行了彻底搜索,并纳入了所有已发表的文章,这些文章提供了通过HuR抑制表现出抗肿瘤作用的分子的科学数据。根据这些数据,HuR抑制应该是癌症治疗中一个有希望的靶点。
