癌症患病率的增加导致传统医学目标不断扩大,以开发新型药物输送系统。为了探索这些天然化合物的抗癌作用,并通过诱导细胞凋亡促进癌症的有效治疗,已经研究了广泛的植物来源的多酚生物活性物质。在这方面,植物来源的多酚化合物,包括姜黄素、水飞蓟宾、槲皮素和白藜芦醇,由于它们具有调节凋亡基因的能力,因此在抗癌应用中备受关注。然而,纯多酚化合物的一些局限性,如生物利用度差、短期稳定性、细胞摄取率低和溶解度不足,限制了它们的效率。生物活性剂的纳米级配方为解决这些限制提供了一个新平台。本文回顾了多酚类药物纳米制剂方法的最新进展及其对改善化疗药物向癌细胞递送的影响。
