摘要
伤口愈合是一个精心设计的过程,通过细胞迁移和增殖得到很好的调节。虽然伤口愈合的生理基础已经过彻底调查和报道,但仍有许多研究有待研究。特别是,各种研究已经证明了来自植物细胞,哺乳动物细胞和间充质干细胞(MSCs)的外泌体在愈合和修复系统中的免疫调节作用。外泌体的旁分泌和治疗作用主要与广泛的外泌体货物含量有关,包括生长因子,细胞因子,酶,核酸,蛋白质和脂质信号分子。然而,外泌体的功能或机制途径与整体外泌体货物相关性仍未确定。迄今为止,采用注释,可视化和集成发现数据库(DAVID),STRING工具,基因本体(GO),京都基因百科全书,基因组(KEGG)通路富集分析以及独创性通路分析(IPA)的组合分析策略已应用于阐明外泌体的网络相互作用和功能通路。本文展示了组合分析策略的应用,以更好地理解外泌体在伤口愈合过程中的治疗潜力。总之,外泌体货物的功能调节用于特定的生物处理是可以实现的,组合分析策略的建模有望弥合研究差距,并为再生过程提供范式转变。
