脑肿瘤是导致全球高发病率和高死亡率的原因。诸如血脑屏障(BBB)的存在,大脑中的敏感位置以及独特的生物学特征等多种因素对脑肿瘤的治疗提出了挑战。常规药物在治疗脑肿瘤方面不再有效,科学家正在尝试寻找新的脑肿瘤治疗方法。以这种方式,分子途径的鉴定可以促进发现有效的治疗。 c-Myc是一种癌基因信号传导途径,能够调节生物学过程,例如凋亡细胞的死亡,增殖,存活,分化等。 c-Myc的这些多效性效应使其对各种癌症,尤其是脑肿瘤的作用产生了极大的兴趣。在本综述中,我们旨在证明c-Myc在脑肿瘤(例如神经胶质瘤,胶质母细胞瘤,星形细胞瘤和髓母细胞瘤)中的上游和下游介质。将研究c-Myc作为脑肿瘤预后因素的能力。我们的目标是定义一个轴,其中c-Myc信号通路在其中发挥关键作用,并为脑肿瘤中这些信号网络中的靶向治疗提供指导。
