摘要
与肾素-血管紧张素系统有关的病理很常见,其中使用的药物很多,并且在治疗效果和不良反应方面显示出很大的可变性。 在血管紧张素原基因(6),血管紧张素转化酶(9),血管紧张素转化酶2(1)和血管紧张素受体1型(4)等中检测到了遗传变异。 但是,对每一项进行大量分析的研究使之变得复杂,几乎不可能考虑所有现有信息。 本手稿旨在回顾不同已知变体对不同药物的预期反应的影响,作为将来制定治疗指南的基础,该指南旨在在肾素-血管紧张素系统上实施治疗性个体化策略。
