摘要
背景:最近由新型冠状病毒 SARS-CoV-2 在人类中引起的冠状病毒病大流行是该病毒家族第三次爆发导致急性呼吸道感染,已成为全球发病率和死亡率的主要原因。该病毒属于β 冠状病毒属,最近据报道与 Sarbecoviruses 的严重急性呼吸系统综合症 (SARS) 相关成员具有显着相似性 (> 89%)。目前的研究不足以了解与 COVID-19 相关的病因学和免疫病理学参数,从而对该问题提出治疗解决方案。 方法:已经使用重点审查问题和纳入/排除标准对书目数据库进行了同行审查研究文献的结构化搜索。还暗示了进一步的标准工具以评估检索到的论文的质量。使用演绎性定性内容分析方法描述了筛选研究和评论文章的特征结果,以及使用概念框架对纳入研究的干预措施和结果进行分析。 结果:本综述基于当前已发表的文献和证据系统地总结了 COVID-19 的免疫病理生物学特征、诊断、治疗和预防的潜在治疗选择。目前的审查涵盖了 125 篇同行评审文章,其中大部分来自高收入技术发达国家,提供有关当前对 COVID-19 理解的最新更新,将所有重要发现和相关研究汇集在一个平台上。此外,还提出了可能的治疗干预措施、治疗策略和疫苗开发计划来管理 COVID-19。 结论:预计本次审查肯定会帮助一般公众,特别是科学界认识和有效应对 COVID-19,为未来研究提供参考指南。
