摘要
背景:帕金森氏病是最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,尽管其病因尚未完全明了,但神经炎症已被确认为疾病进展的关键因素。血管活性肠肽和垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活多肽是两种具有抗炎和神经保护特性的神经肽,可调节细胞因子和趋化因子的产生以及免疫细胞的行为。然而,由肽的内源性受体调节的趋化因子和细胞因子的作用根据疾病的阶段而变化。 方法:在帕金森氏病神经炎症和氧化应激的背景下,我们概述了一些细胞因子和趋化因子与血管活性肠肽,垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活多肽及其内源性受体之间的关系,以及该肽对小胶质细胞的调节在这种情况下。 结果:这两种肽在帕金森氏病模型中均具有神经保护和抗炎特性,因为它们改善了认知功能,降低了神经炎症的水平,并促进了多巴胺能神经元的存活。这些肽已在帕金森氏病的各种体内和体外模型中进行了测试,证明了其在治疗方面的潜力。 结论:需要更多的研究来建立血管活性肠肽和垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活多肽作为治疗帕金森氏病的安全候选药物的临床应用,因为在疾病的不同阶段使用该肽可能产生不同的有效性结果。
