背景:尽管合成材料已在薄膜包衣过程中用于药物输送,已经使用了许多年,但由于天然材料具有可生物降解和独特的性质,因此也进行了大量研究。 方法:由于能够形成和修饰薄膜以控制口服药物的输送,因此在最近的研究中,越来越多的人关注这些材料在薄膜包衣系统的设计中。 结果:本综述旨在概述天然材料,重点在于口服给药的薄膜包衣,特别是在其分类及其在薄膜包衣配方中的组合方面,以调整所需的特性以控制药物的传递。 结论:讨论天然材料及其在薄膜包衣中的潜在应用将有利于优化工艺和未来利用策略。
