摘要
背景:纤维素纳米纤维(CNFs)是一种纳米尺寸的天然纳米材料。与普通纤维素相比,CNFs具有良好的机械性能、大的比表面积、高的杨氏模量、强的亲水性等特点,使其在许多领域得到了广泛的应用。本文综述了近年来CNFs水凝胶的制备及其在生物医学中的应用进展。 方法:通过查阅近年来的文献,总结了CNFs的制备方法,包括机械法和化学机械法,并介绍了CNFs水凝胶的制备方法,包括金属离子交联CNFs和聚合物交联CNFs。此外,我们还对CNFs水凝胶的生物医学应用进行了综述,包括支架材料和创面敷料。 结果: CNFs水凝胶是一种无毒且具有一定机械强度的新型材料。在组织支架应用中,它们可以为受损组织的修复和再生提供一个微环境。在创面敷料应用中,贴合创面,保护创面不受外界环境的影响,从而有效促进皮肤组织的愈合。 结论:通过对CNFs水凝胶的制备和应用的总结,对其发展趋势进行了分析和展望。目前CNFs水凝胶的研究还处于实验室阶段。要应用于实践,还需要进一步探索。开发具有高机械性能和生物相容性的医用水凝胶仍然面临着巨大的挑战。
