基于纤维素的生物传感器在医学诊断中的生物分子检测:综述

背景:生物传感器广泛应用于检测血糖、胆固醇和基因中的生物分子。纤维素作为最主要的天然高分子材料,在医学领域,特别是在高级医学诊断领域受到越来越多的关注。纤维素可以使生物传感器具有更好的生物相容性、生物降解性和无毒性,有助于医学诊断。本文综述了近年来基于纤维素的生物传感器的研究进展及其在医学诊断中的应用。 方法:回顾近年来的研究成果,可以发现用于生物传感器的纤维素种类有不同的纤维素衍生物、细菌纤维素和纳米纤维素。摘要简要介绍了膜、纳米纤维素等不同类型的纤维素生物传感器的检测原理。对基于纤维素的生物传感器进行了综述。还介绍了用于制备纤维素基生物传感器的各种方法。 结果:纤维素及其衍生物以其独特的化学结构为生物传感器的生物活性分子固定化提供了良好的平台。这些以纤维素为基础的生物传感器具有各种令人满意的特性,如准确性、灵敏度、方便性、低成本和快速响应。其中,纤维素纸基生物传感器具有成本低、操作方便等优点。纳米纤维素具有纵横比大、分散性好、吸收能力强等独特性能。 结论:纤维素可用于检测葡萄糖、乳酸、尿素、基因、细胞、氨基酸、胆固醇、蛋白质和对苯二酚等不同生物分子,具有广阔的应用前景。未来的重点将放在设计小型化、多功能、智能化和集成化的生物传感器上。创造低成本和环境友好的生物传感器也非常重要。
