摘要
背景:虽然预防性疫苗和早期诊断降低了发病率和死亡率,但由人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染引起的宫颈癌仍然是全世界妇女死亡的主要原因。晚期子宫颈癌只能用化疗或放疗来治疗,但效果很差。晚期宫颈癌患者的中位生存期仅为16.8个月。 方法:我们进行了结构性搜索发表的同行评审研究基于1). 细胞程序性死亡的特征ligand-1 /程序性细胞死亡1 (PD-L1 / PD-1)表达在宫颈癌和上游的监管信号PD-L1 / PD-1表达式,2).
