IL1R2多态性与食管癌风险增加相关

背景:食道癌(EC)是全球癌症死亡的第六大主要原因,总发病率正在上升。 目的:本研究旨在评估IL1R2单核苷酸多态性与中国人群EC风险之间的关系。 方法:使用Agena MassARRAY平台从384 EC和499对照中对IL1R2的6个SNP进行基因分型。多态性和EC风险之间的关联通过执行遗传模型和单元型分析进行评估。 结果:总体分析结果显示,rs11674595的等位基因C(比值[OR] = 1.42,95%置信区间[CI]:1.14-1.77,p = 0.002)和rs2072472的等位基因G(等位基因:OR = 1.35,95) %CI:1.08-1.69,p = 0.008)与EC风险增加相关。在共显性,显性和加性模型下,发现rs11674595和rs2072472与EC风险相关。分层分析发现,rs11674595和rs2072472与男性和年龄大于55岁的亚组的EC风险增加相关。此外,Crs11674595Grs4851527单倍型与EC风险增加1.44倍显着相关(95%CI:1.12-1.84,p = 0.004)。 结论:我们的结果揭示了中国汉族人群IL1R2中SNPs(rs11674595和rs2072472)与EC风险之间的显着相关性。这些发现可能为预防和治疗乳糜泻提供有意义的参考。
