摘要
喹诺唑烷生物碱是在槐属中发现的生物碱的主要形式,已显示具有许多药理作用。这篇综述旨在总结槐豆碱中喹喔啉生物碱的光化学报道和生物活性。收集到的信息表明,从槐属植物的不同部位中分离并检测到总共99种喹诺唑烷生物碱,分别以羽扇豆型,胱氨酸型,斯巴丁氨酸型和苦参碱型为代表。但是,需要对质量控制进行监控,因为它可以为合理有效地使用喹喔啉生物碱作为药物和原料提供基本信息。非药用部分有望被用作喹喔啉生物碱原料的来源,并减少资源浪费和环境污染。此外,需要扩展基于生物碱支架的生物化合物的多样性,以形成生物化合物文库,这可能会降低毒性并发现喹喔啉生物碱的新生物活性。报道最多的生物活性是抗肿瘤活性以及对心血管系统的影响。然而,这些研究依赖于理论研究,并且期望基于喹诺唑烷生物碱的新药物。
