摘要
背景:开发一种可控的药物给药系统是减少药物副作用、提高药物疗效的当务之急和重要任务。金属有机骨架材料(metal -organic frameworks, MOFs)是一类由有机连接体连接的金属离子或团簇组成的新型杂化多孔材料,近年来由于其独特的物理结构和广阔的应用前景而受到越来越多的关注。MOFs具有良好的孔隙孔径、可定制的组成和结构、可调的尺寸、多功能、高载药量和改善的生物相容性等优异性能,使其成为药物传递载体的候选材料。MOFs用于药物传递的研究引起了人们的极大兴趣,并且已经发现了许多非常有前途的结果,这表明这些多孔固体比现有的系统显示出更多一些优势。 目的:本文综述了近年来MOFs在合成、功能化和给药应用等方面的最新进展,并根据载药策略对其进行了分类。最后,对该研究领域面临的挑战和未来的发展方向进行了展望。
